Hvornår starter billetsalget?
Det officielle billetsalg til Seafood Festival starter torsdag den 10. april 2025.

Er der Seafood Festival i hele landet?
Seafood Festival er for hele landet. Vi er altid åbne for at få flere deltagende restauranter med fra hele landet, men i sidste ende er det op til restauranterne selv, hvilke af vores festivaler de ønsker at deltage i, og om det passer ind i deres hverdag.
Synes du, at der mangler restauranter i dit område? Du er meget velkommen til at sende os en mail på hello@seafoodfestival.dk med input til hvilke restauranter, der kunne være interessante. Så tager vi kontakt til dem og inviterer dem til at deltage næste gang.
Hvad koster en billet til Seafood Festival?
Restauranterne kan tilbyde enten Seafood Menu, Stor Seafood Menu eller Luksus Seafood Menu.
Til Seafood Festival 2025 er prisen:
- Seafood Menu til 289 kr. inkl. gebyr
- Stor Seafood Menu til 389 kr. inkl. gebyr
- Luksus Seafood Menu til 559 kr. inkl. gebyr
Seafood Festival anvender gebyret til markedsføring, administration, kundesupport og teknisk håndtering af billetsalget.
Priserne er for én person.
Hvorfor skal jeg bruge SMS-engangskode eller MitID ved betaling?
I 2021 trådte der et nyt EU-krav for onlinehandel i kraft. Det betyder, at man skal godkende betalinger på nettet med enten MitID eller en sms-kode også kaldet to-faktor-godkendelse. Dette for at give dig en større sikkerhed og identifikation ved online betalinger. Hvis du har problemer med at få tilsendt koder eller godkende med dit MitID, skal du kontakte NETS eller din bank.
Hvad går billetgebyret til?
Seafood Festival anvender gebyret til markedsføring, administration, kundesupport og teknisk håndtering af billetsalget. Gebyret gør, at vi kan yde support til de deltagende restauranter og gæsterne, som har brug for hjælp før og under festivalerne. Derudover arbejder vi hele tiden på at fornye og forbedre websitet og systemerne, så oplevelsen fortsat er i top for både restauranter og gæster.
Kan jeg refundere mine billetter?
I henhold til "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a" er køb af billetter ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten. Du kan derfor ikke få pengene retur eller ændre i dine købte billetter. Billetter kan ikke refunderes med mindre arrangementet ikke gennemføres.
I tilfælde af force majeure – hvor der sker lovmæssige ændringer (covid19, vejrudfordringer og lignende), som gør, at arrangementet ikke kan afholdes, refunderes dine billetter. Du vil modtage en mail med information herom.
Oplevelsen leveres af restauranten, og hverken Seafood Festival eller Madbillet er ansvarlig for levering af tjenesteydelsen. Ved køb af billetter accepterer du Madbillets betingelser. Alle henvendelser vedrørende kompensation for manglende kvalitet, skal ske direkte til restauranten.
Kan restauranterne tage hensyn til allergier?
Restauranterne kan desværre ikke lave specielle menuer til allergikere eller kræsne munde. Vi håber på, at vi med et bredt udbud af restauranter kan tilbyde en lækker menu, der passer netop dine smagsløg.
Kan jeg tilkøbe vinmenu?
Nogle restauranter udbyder også vin- og/eller saftmenuer, som du kan tilvælge, når du køber billetter til Seafood Festival. Det er op til den enkelte restaurant om de vælger at tilbyde drikkevaremenuer på Seafood Festivals hjemmeside.
Skal børn købe billet?
Ja, alle der skal spise med i restauranterne - voksne såvel som børn - skal købe billet.
Kan jeg skrive mig op til udsolgte restauranter?
Det er desværre ikke muligt at skrive sig op til udsolgte restauranter, men du kan holde øje med vores Facebook- og Instagram-side. Her offentliggør vi sædvanligvis, hvis der bliver sat flere billetter til salg hos udsolgte restauranter.
Kan jeg tilmelde mig et nyhedsbrev?
Ja da! Du kan altid tilmelde dig nyhedsbrevet for at være blandt de første til at modtage seneste nyt fra Seafood Festival.
Seafood Festival er en del af Event Tickets ApS. Vi sender nyhedsbreve op til og under Seafood Festival. Derudover tillader vi os periodisk at sende nyhedsbreve om relevante arrangementer, der er organiseret af Event Tickets ApS. Tjek dit spamfilter eller få dine billetter gensendt HER.
Nogle gange sker det, at emailadressen er skrevet forkert. Modtager du ikke noget, når du klikker gensend, er du altid velkommen til at kontakte os på hello@seafoodfestival.dk.
Jeg har allerede købt billetter og vil gerne have en eller flere ekstra gæster med?
Billetterne kan som udgangspunkt ikke ændres efter køb og du kan ikke selv tilføje flere gæster til din bestilling. Ønsker du for eksempel at sidde sammen med venner eller familie, skal billetterne bestilles samlet i én ordre.
Men send os en mail på hello@seafoodfestival.dk, så hjælper vi dig såfremt, der er plads på restauranten på det angivne tidspunkt.
Kan jeg ændre dato eller tidspunkt for mine købte billetter?
Vi kan ikke garantere at kunne flytte din booking til Seafood Festival til en anden dato eller tidspunkt. Hvis du henvender dig til os i god tid (senest søndag d. 11/5) vi vil gerne gøre et forsøg på at flytte dine billetter til et andet tidspunkt eller en anden dag på samme restaurant, såfremt der er plads på restauranten. Kontakt os på på hello@seafoodfestival.dk.
Du kan ikke få pengene retur for din booking, hvis ikke billetterne kan flyttes til en ny dato eller tidspunkt. I henhold til "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a" er køb af billetter ikke omfattet af fortrydelsesretten. Billetter må gerne gives videre til andre.
Kan jeg bytte eller ændre mine købte billetter til en anden restaurant?
Til og med d. 4. maj 2025 kan du refundere dine billetter, mod billetgebyret, hvis du skulle være blevet forhindret eller hvis du ønsker at spise på en anden restaurant. Herefter kan det ikke lade sig gøre, at refundere billetterne eller bytte dem til en anden restaurant, da det kræver en refundering.

Ja, skal du ikke selv benytte dine billetter til Seafood Festival, kan du sagtens overlevere dine købte billetter til en anden.
Kan man nøjes med at fremvise billetter på sin telefon/iPad?
Ja, du kan godt fremvise dine billetter på telefon eller iPad, og billetterne skal ikke nødvendigvis medbringes i print.
Kan I udskrive eller fremsende billetterne for mig?
Nej, det kan vi desværre ikke. Du kan heller ikke hente billetter fysisk hos os.
Gavekort
Kan man købe gavekort til Seafood Festival?
Et gavekort til Madbillet gælder til alle vores festivaller (herunder Dining Week og Seafood Festival). Du bestiller gavekortet online på www.madbillet.dk og bestemmer selv, hvilket beløb gavekort skal lyde på. Derefter modtager du gavekortet i din indbakke og kan printe den ud og forære til en heldig modtager. Gavekortet er gyldigt til to år frem fra købsdatoen.

General questions
When is the Seafood Festival?
We are hosting Seafood Festival from Friday, May 16th to Sunday, May 25th, 2025.
When does ticket sales start?
The official ticket sales for the Seafood Festival will start on april 10th 2025.

Is Seafood Festival held nationwide?
Seafood Festival is for the entire country. We are always open to having more participating restaurants from all over the country, but ultimately, it is up to the restaurants themselves to choose which of our festivals they wish to participate in and if it fits into their schedule.
Do you feel like there are restaurants missing in your area? You are very welcome to send us an email at hello@seafoodfestival.dk with input on which restaurants could be interesting. Then we will reach out to them and invite them to participate next time.
What does a ticket to Seafood Festival cost?
The restaurants can offer either a Seafood Menu, a Large Seafood Menu, or a Deluxe Seafood Menu.
For the Seafood Festival 2025, the prices are:
- Seafood Menu for 289 DKK including fees
- Large Seafood Menu for 389 DKK including fees
- Deluxe Seafood Menu for 559 DKK including fees
The Seafood Festival uses the fee for marketing, administration, customer support, and technical handling of ticket sales.
The price is for one person.
Why do I need to use an SMS one-time code or MitID for payment?
In 2021, a new EU requirement for online shopping came into effect. This means that online payments must be approved with either MitID or an SMS code, also known as two-factor authentication. This is to provide you with greater security and identification for online payments. If you encounter issues receiving codes or approving with your MitID, please contact NETS or your bank.
What is the ticket fee used for?
Seafood Festival uses the fee for marketing, administration, customer support, and technical handling of ticket sales. The fee enables us to provide support to the participating restaurants and guests who may need assistance before and during the festivals. Additionally, we continuously work on renewing and improving the website and systems to ensure that the experience remains excellent for both restaurants and guests.
Can you refund my tickets?
In accordance with the "Consumer Agreements Act § 17, paragraph 2, cf. § 9, paragraph 2, no. 2a," the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. Therefore, you cannot receive a refund or make changes to your purchased tickets. Tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is not held.
In the case of force majeure – where legal changes occur (such as covid19, weather challenges, and similar) preventing the event from taking place, your tickets will be refunded. You will receive an email with information about this.
The experience is provided by the restaurant, and neither Seafood Festival nor Madbillet is responsible for the delivery of the service. By purchasing tickets, you accept Madbillet's terms and conditions. All inquiries regarding compensation for any lack of quality should be directed to the restaurant.
Can the restaurants accommodate allergies?
Unfortunately, the retaurants cannot create special menus for allergies or picky eaters. We hope that with a diverse selection of restaurants, we can offer a delicious menu that suits your taste buds.
Can I add a wine menu?
Some restaurants also offer wine and/or juice pairings, which you can add when purchasing tickets for the Seafood Festival. It is up to each individual restaurant whether they choose to offer beverage pairings on the Seafood Festival website.
Do children need to purchase a ticket?
Yes, everyone dining in the restaurants, both adults and children, needs to purchase a ticket.
Can I sign up for a sold-out restaurant?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to sign up for sold-out restaurants, but you can keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram pages. We typically announce if additional tickets are released for sold-out restaurants there.
Can I sign up for your newsletter?
es, indeed! You can always subscribe to the newsletter to be among the first to receive the latest updates from the Seafood Festival.
The Seafood Festival is a part of Event Tickets ApS. We send newsletters leading up to and during the Seafood Festival. Additionally, we reserve the right to occasionally send newsletters about relevant events organized by Event Tickets ApS. Tickets
I have not received my purchased tickets via email?
Check your spam filter or have your tickets resent HERE.
Sometimes it happens that the email address is misspelled. If you don't receive anything when you click resend, you are always welcome to contact us at hello@seafoodfestival.dk.
I have already purchased tickets and would like to bring one or more additional guests?
Tickets generally cannot be modified after purchase, and you cannot add more guests to your reservation on your own. If, for example, you wish to sit together with friends or family, the tickets should be ordered together in one order.
However, send us an email at hello@seafoodfestival.dk, and we will assist you if there is space available at the restaurant at the specified time.
Can I change the date or time of my purchased tickets?
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to move your Seafood Festival booking to another date or time. However, if you reach out to us in advance (no later than Sunday, May 11), we will be happy to try to move your tickets to a different time or day at the same restaurant, provided there is availability. Contact us at hello@seafoodfestival.dk.
You cannot get a refund for your booking if the tickets cannot be moved to a new date or time. According to Danish law "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 17 stk. 2 jf. § 9 stk. 2 nr. 2a" the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of cancellation. Tickets may be passed on to others.
Can I exchange or change my purchased tickets to a different restaurant?
Until May 4, 2025, you can refund your tickets (minus the ticket fee) if you are unable to attend or if you wish to dine at a different restaurant. After this date, it will no longer be possible to refund the tickets or exchange them for another restaurant, as this requires a refund.

Can I give my tickets to others?
Yes, if you're not using your Seafood Festival tickets yourself, you can certainly pass on your purchased tickets to someone else.
Can one just show tickets on their phone/iPad?
Yes, you can indeed present your tickets on your phone or iPad, and it's not necessary to bring printed tickets.
Can you print or send my tickets?
No, unfortunately, we cannot. You also cannot physically collect tickets from us.
Giftcard
Can you buy a giftcard to Seafood Festival?
A gift card for Madbillet is valid for all our festivals (including Dining Week and Seafood Festival). You order the gift card online at www.madbillet.dk and choose the amount yourself. Then you will receive the gift card in your inbox and can print it out to give to a lucky recipient. The gift card is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Are you the fortunate recipient of a Madbillet gift card? We have created a redemption guide that you can use.
